Each of Woolf’s experienced stylists, barbers and hair technicians has their own skillsets, specialisms, and style. 

They’re independent and set their own prices within our new framework for pricing your service.

Rather than hair type, length or gender we look at the time taken and the skills required – a more inclusive approach - whether you’re wanting a creative re-style or maintenance of your current look.

  • Creative, classic or cutting edge – our skilled hairdressers and barbers will help you achieve the haircut or hairstyle you’re looking for.



    The service starts by making certain you feel at ease when you're first discussing the look you want and during your consultation, our stylists make it a priority to take into account your face shape, lifestyle and the texture of your hair. We want your new style to be manageable at home ... not just to look great for a day! That includes making sure your cut will grow out well - a great skill and another important element of the care taken by all our stylists.

    During or after your haircut/hairstyle, your hairdresser/barber will also offer tips on keeping it at its best after you leave our salon. That will include a recommendation on the best Kevin Murphy hair care products for your hairstyle and hair type.

  • If you can see yourself with a new hair colour; something subtle, something vibrant or a way to cover greys, we can make it happen at Woolf.

    Glossy, long-lasting hair colour can be achieved as we combine the use of the best technical hair colouring products from Kevin Murphy with the extensive hair colouring expertise of our technical hairdressers. 

  • Straightening - Woolf Kings X offers permanent straightening, a service for creating silky-smooth, straight hair without repeated GHD use. This gentle-acting, long-lasting, This straightening service works to tame even the most rebellious hair. It is a permanent straightening service that relaxes curls and manages waves – resulting in straight, sleek hair that lasts for weeks. We always advise a consultation is booked before using our hair-straightening service so we can assess your hair prior to your appointment.

    Hair Relaxing - Some short hair can be hard to control and difficult to style because of it’s natural thickness and texture. As an alternative to using hair straightening irons every day, we are able to offer you a more permanent way of achieving smoother, manageable hair. Effective on short or mid-length hair, it gives impressive results. And it is especially effective on wavy hair in sideburns and on the nape of the neck. This ‘hair relaxer’ treatment requires no heat, takes 45 minutes to one hour, is quick to apply and can be used on all hair types. We always recommend a consultation before the hair relaxing treatment is booked.

    Hair Waving - To achieve waves, curls and volume, our hairstylists are able to use a number of advanced hair waving products that can result in modern, subtle and above all, natural results  – and enable your curled or waved hairstyle to last 12-16 weeks. Gentle, soft, flowing and natural-looking waves can be created to enhance a haircut or add texture to the hair. Volume and movement can also add body to lifeless hair and will aid the creation of styling variations.

What is included
All services include a consultation, luxury shampoo, head massage and complementary drink.

Arrivals
We kindly request you arrive on time for your appointment as your stylist will often be fully booked; if you arrive more than 10mins late they may not have enough time to carry out your service and you will be charged the full price of your booked service.

Feedback & Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any part of your service at Woolf or you just want to tell us how much you enjoyed it, please email us – we are always happy to help. Our priority is for you to be completely satisfied with the service you receive from us. Tell someone you're not happy with the service you've received, either while you're in the salon or as soon as possible after leaving but within 2 weeks. We will listen to your feedback and ask questions as necessary to understand why you are making a complaint. We aim to resolve all complaints within 8 weeks. If you have already left the salon, don’t go to another salon as we have the right to see exactly what the service or treatment you received from us looks like. We will arrange a suitable time for you to come back into our salon and discuss your complaint in private. Where we think your complaint is reasonable, we will redo the part or all of the service or treatment again as soon as possible, free of charge.

Cancellations
Client appointments are very important to us and they are reserved especially for you and we ask all new clients having a service over a certain value to leave a deposit. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary and therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. When a client forgets or cancels their appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text or phone because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months ago. 

The following cancellation fees will apply:
Less than 24 hour notice - Will be charged equal to 100% of the reserved deposit amount.
No Show - Will be charged 100% of the reserved deposit amount.  
Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel - The client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the deposit amount. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
