What Else?
What is included
All salon services at The Lounge Soho in London W1, include a consultation, head massage, conditioner and finishing products. Complimentary drinks include wine, beer and illy coffee.
Fringe maintenance is complimentary following a haircut, with the same stylist where possible.
Arrivals
Please ensure you are able to arrive on time for your appointment as your stylist will often be fully booked; if you arrive more than 15mins late they may not have enough time to carry out your service.
Cancellations
Please note we require 24 hour notice to cancel or change an appointment at the salon. We may charge 50% of the cost of the service on all technical services if 24 hours notice is not received before a cancellation or a no show.

Gift's & Discounts
Gift Certificates
Why not treat someone! The Lounge Soho Gift Certificates can be purchased at our salon in Peter Street, London, W1 and redeemed against all haircuts, technical services, hair treatment services and hair care products in the salon. Whether it's five pounds towards a hair product; twenty pounds towards a hair treatment or a hundred pounds towards a haircut and hair colour.
Gift Boxes
We can also put together a salon Gift Box containing a variety of Davines Haircare products, hand-selected by one of our salon stylists to reflect your recipient’s hair requirements.
Please visit The Lounge Soho or call our reception to purchase either Gift Certificates or Gift Boxes. We are able to send the items out for you (with an additional P&P charge).
Discounts
We offer a 20% discount to students who produce a valid student card on Mondays between 10am-6pm.
We also offer 15% corporate discount to companies within the Soho area (by prior arrangement) on Mondays through to Fridays 10am - 4pm. Exclusions are Premium Services (such as permanent hair straightening), hair care products and Gift Certificates.
